We recommend using the Kindness Hotel online reservation system to check room availability and prices. Alternatively, you may call any branch, and our staff will be happy to assist you. Room rates vary by promotion and are subject to the hotel's definition of weekdays and holidays. Please refer to the online reservation system for the most accurate pricing, which already includes tax and service charges.
- Weekday Definition: Sunday to Friday.
- Holiday Definition: Includes but is not limited to Saturdays, national holidays, winter and summer vacation periods, major city events, special occasions, and concert periods.

- If you booked directly through Kindness Hotel, please contact the branch where you made the reservation for any modifications or cancellations.
- If you reserved through a third-party website, please contact the respective platform’s customer service for assistance. Modification or cancellation fees may vary depending on the reservation policy of your selected plan.

Kindness Hotel does not provide extra bed services at any branch. If the number of guests exceeds the room's capacity (some branches may not accommodate additional guests due to room layout), please confirm with the hotel before reserving to check if an extra guest can be accommodated.
- The branch within midnight snack service: Additional charges apply based on room type. For guests more than 120cm tall: TWD800/person (Including Breakfast and Midnight Snack)
- The branch without midnight snack service: Additional charges apply based on room type. For guests more than 120cm tall: TWD600/person (Including Breakfast)

According to the Standardized Contract Regulations issued by the Tourism Bureau, Kindness Hotel requires “ a 100% deposit of the total room price ” when booking through the official website. If you need to cancel your reservation, the deposit refund will be processed as follows:
- Cancellation on the check-in date: 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation 1–2 days before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- Cancellation 3 or more days before check-in: Full refund of the deposit.
- In cases of force majeure, such as government-mandated work/school closures, suspension of required transportation services, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties that prevent the fulfillment of the contract, the hotel shall fully refund the deposit (or the total prepaid room fee) and any other payments without interest.

All branches of Kindness Hotel are designated merchants for the National Travel Card. You can use the National Travel Card for online reservations through the official website or for payments at the hotel during your stay.

If you book via phone, the official website, or other online platforms and choose to pay at the hotel, an invoice can be issued. Please note your request in the reservation remarks or inform the front desk upon check-in to ensure the invoice includes the Tax ID.

Kindness Hotel Membership Reward Points Accumulation and Redemption:
- For every TWD20 spent per stay, 1 reward point is earned. Points will be credited within three business days after checkout.
- Reward points accumulated from the current stay cannot be used immediately and can only be redeemed on the next stay.
- Each bonus point can be used to offset 1 TWD of room charges. There is no limit to the number of points that can be redeemed.
- Points can only be redeemed for bookings made directly with the hotel (via phone, in-person, or email reservations).
- Non-accommodation expenses are not eligible for reward points.
Kindness Hotel Membership Application Eligibility:- Any individual guest who stays at Kindness Hotel, Kindness Day Hotel, or Meant To Be Inn is eligible to apply.
- For each room, regardless of room type, only one guest may register for points.
- The membership number is the guest's personal ID number or passport number.
- Corporate entities, companies, and group travel agencies are not eligible for the member points policy.
- Guests using accommodation vouchers are not eligible for the member points policy.
- Guests staying at monthly rates or other special project rates, and those booking through third-party online platforms (except the KNS Hospitality Corporation official website), are not eligible for the member points policy.
Room Service

- Check-in time at all Kindness Hotel branches is after 15:00.
- Check-out time for Hualien Main Station is before 11:00, while for other branches, it is before 12:00.

- Early check-in or late check-out services are subject to room availability on the day of arrival or departure, and cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Service fees for early check-in or late check-out may vary by branch and room type.

Yes, you can. Guests can store their luggage at the front desk either before check-in or after check-out. Please inform the front desk staff, and they will assist you with storing your luggage.

- Children who are under 120cm tall and do not require an additional bed will not incur an extra charge for cleaning.
- If extra bedding is requested, a TWD150 cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a pillow and blanket.

All branches provide baby cribs, baby bathtubs, and sterilizers. These items are limited in quantity, so please contact the hotel in advance to confirm availability.

To comply with global environmental policies, Kindness hotel will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities. (comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, dental floss, shower cap, cotton swab)

Yes, chargers (charging cables and adapters) are available for rent. The quantity is limited, so please go directly to the front desk staff for registration.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors throughout the hotel. If you smoke inside the room, an additional charge equivalent to a two-night stay (based on the room’s daily rate at the time) will be applied to allow for a two-day deodorization process. Thank you for your cooperation.
- All guest rooms are equipped with smoke detectors. Please refrain from smoking or generating large amounts of smoke to avoid triggering the alarm.
- In accordance with the government’s Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, violators may be fined up to TWD10,000.

- The hotel maintains a no-pet policy throughout the premises. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
- Hualien Main Station has a pet house, which only accommodates dogs and cats. The fee is TWD300 per pet per day. Please make a reservation in advance with the front desk if you require this service. To ensure the safety and comfort of other guests, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms or public areas.
- Guide dogs are an exception. Please contact the hotel in advance to arrange the necessary services.

The hotel can assist with receiving packages but cannot cover any costs. Guests must settle any fees before delivery. If you need this service, please inform the front desk staff with your reservation details and the contents of the package (whether it requires storage at room temperature or refrigeration).

It depends on the package you select when making the reservation. Some packages do not include breakfast. If needed, you may purchase it separately during your stay by asking the front desk staff.

- Midnight Snack is served at the Kaohsiung Sandou Shopping Dist., Kaohsiung Jue Ming, Kaohsiung Guang Rong Pier, Tainan Chihkan Tower, Taitung, and Hualien Main Station from 19:00 to 21:00.
- Midnight Snack is served at the Kaohsiung Qixian from 20:00 to 22:00.

The midnight snack service provided at branches is included as a complimentary item with the room. Unfortunately, refunds are not available for unused snacks. Thank you for your understanding.

Non-staying guests may be able to dine based on the availability and number of guests on the day. If interested, please inquire with the front desk at each branch. The meal voucher prices will be based on the rates announced on-site. Thank you for your understanding.

- Currently, there is no service to reserve a parking space. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are unable to provide reservation services.

The parking lot is equipped with Tesla charging stations, but availability is limited and charging must be used in rotation. Charging stations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not available. They are exclusively for hotel guests. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- The laundry room facilities are provided free of charge, and we do not offer reservation or reservation services. Please treat the equipment with care. Any damages caused by improper use or intentional destruction will require compensation at full cost.
