- Extra bed is not allowed in our hotel.
- The extra occupancy is based on occupancy with a maximum number of people allowed in different room types. Please bring up this request to our reservation specialists before making the reservation. Additional guest charge: For guests more than 120cm tall: TWD800/person (Including Breakfast and Midnight Snack)
- Limited parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We regret that reservations or holds are not offered.
- The parking lot is equipped with Tesla charging stations, but availability is limited and charging must be used in rotation. Charging stations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not available. They are exclusively for hotel guests. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Complimentary baby cots, and baby bathtubs are available in limited quantities. Please contact the hotel before ordering to confirm availability.
- To ensure quality accommodation for all guests, please reduce noise levels after 22:00. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors throughout the hotel. If you smoke inside the room, an additional charge equivalent to a two-night stay (based on the room’s daily rate at the time) will be applied to allow for a two-day deodorization process. Thank you for your cooperation.
- Hualien Main Station has a pet house, which only accommodates dogs and cats. The fee is TWD300 per pet per day. Please make a reservation in advance with the front desk if you require this service. To ensure the safety and comfort of other guests, pets are not allowed in the guest rooms or public areas (except for guide dogs)..
